Last fall, I was delighted to (once again) team up with my friends at Oliver Printing Company on the design of their thirty-second annual clambake materials.

Embracing their impeccable craft, I created a set of sea-worthy event materials including a foil stamped invitation, a gable style favor box (custom crafted from green foil board, featuring spot UV coating) and a set of whimsical buttons to share with guests.

Happy (almost) New Year friends! I’m back in the studio after a lovely and low-key holiday and sharing a snippet of my last project of the year—a pint-sized holiday treat the mister and I made for loved ones. Each tin contains a tasting of our homemade caramel corn and a festive one color label (beautifully pressed by Cleanwash Letterpress).

A warm thanks to the folks at Germany’s NIDO Magazine for featuring my DIY umbrella project in their latest issue. Even though I can’t read a word of it, the issue is filled with an endless amount of eye candy!

Hey friends, I’m over at Erin Loechner’s Design for Mankind today, sharing my latest DIY project. This week, I’m gussying up some dull folding chairs with a bit of paint and pattern. Stop by the blog to see how I did it!

Need a little summer in your step? Check out my latest DIY project on the Design for Mankind blog, dip-dyed sneakers!

When my friends at Tavern Vinegar Co. asked me if I was interested in designing a special edition vinegar label, I was immediately in! Not only was Chef Jonathon Sawyer incorporating my favorite ingredient, 100% of the proceeds would benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and the Vetri Foundation for Children. I quickly got to work and here’s the result; printed by Colleen Wash of Philadelphia’s Cleanwash Letterpress.

Last but not least, I am happy to report Team Sawyer and his tasty vinegar were in Philadelphia earlier this week, raising over $1 million at the 7th Annual Great Chefs Event!
I created the identity and label system for Jonathon and his wife Amelia’s Tavern Vinegar Co. earlier this spring; you see a snippet of it here.
Happy June all! I recently kicked-off summer on the Design For Mankind blog with this make your own poolside party invitation project. It’s easy, bright and uses store-bought stencils. Click here to see the full post!

Late nights, evening snacks and lots of deadlines, take me right back to college. I spent my early twenties attending Kent State University living with some pretty wonderful roomies (one of which I married). Our late night snack of choice, toast. Why? Because it’s cheap!
